East Texas Youngster Accused Of Homicide in Killings of Guardians and Kin
NASH, Texas — Experts in east Texas have imprisoned a 18-year-elderly person on capital homicide allegations in the shootings of his folks, sister, and sibling.
Police in the modest community of Nash say officials answering a report that a man had hurt his family and was taking steps to commit suicide on Tuesday found Cesar Olalde blockaded inside a home. They were informed that different individuals were dead inside.
Olalde later referred to police, saying as "he had pulled the trigger, and shot his family," as per a reasonable justification sworn statement by Nash Cop Craig Buster.
The officials convinced Olalde to give up and afterward tracked down the collections of his folks, Reuben Olalde and Aida Garcia, more established sister Lisbet Olalde, and more youthful sibling Oliver Olalde in a restroom.
"Maybe the casualties had been taken shots at different spots in the home and medication to the restroom," as per the oath. "Numerous spent cartridge housings" were tracked down on the floor of the home, and there was "blood scatter on different surfaces," it said.
The sworn statement said a collaborator of Lisbet Olalde had gone to the home in light of the fact that the lady had neglected to show up working and, with a relative, constrained his direction inside where he was stood up to by Cesar Olalde, who pointed a gun at him.
The associate let police know that Olalde said "he had killed his family since they were savages, and they planned to eat him," the testimony states.
Bowie Area court records show Olalde was requested hung on $10 million bond. His recorded guard lawyer didn't quickly return a solicitation for input Thursday.
Nash is a town of around 3,800 on the western edge of Texarkana close to the Arkansas state line.
